Each day Delia repeats the same actions, traveling between her apartment and her office, her solitary routines constantly accompanied by the voice of fitness instructor Liada. Liada's coaching grows increasingly intense, leading Delia through a regimen of strange exercises that threaten to push her to the point of collapse - until an unexpected telephone call leads to a sudden break in the pattern.
