The plot is meh but the fights are great with a generous helping of slapstick. And that is why we watch Jackie Chan in the first place. He was so in great form in the 70s. Give it a watch.

Even to this day you don’t see fight choreography like this, insane athleticism and creativity. Aside from the martial arts the story is fundamentally good. Great heroes and villains, humor, and growth of the protagonist with a satisfying resolution. Must watch for any Jackie fan.
