- rg94008 lipca 2026The trailers made this seem like a standard thriller, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it get decent reviews. Even though the concept is silly and often stretches belief, I did find the beginning engaging as a host of suspects at the restaurant are introduced with the viewer and the main character trying to figure out who is the mastermind. Unfortunately, the ending of this movie continues to get more and more ridiculous, but not in a fun way. It breaks the suspension of disbelief barrier, and the acting gets so hammy that it almost is funny. The attempt to shoehorn some romance is very misguided as well. All of this in service of reveals that feel cliched, predictable, and uninteresting. The sequences during the climax of the movie are in particular poorly shot and comically silly. It's unfortunate because I do think the movie was able to build tension despite its simple premise, and I think it could have done something much more fun and unique with its ending instead of doing something by the numbers (but poorly).
- sgtphilko12 stycznia 2026You know those annoying movies where you scream at the protagonist to do right thing constantly? This is it. The trailer shows the majority of this film and it only gets worse and more annoying. If you make it to the end, the last 5 minutes are okay. My wife and daughter loved it so maybe it’s a chick-only movie.
