Where to Watch Doom: Anihilacja
- Arpi011 dzień temuI'm not going to put a star rating on this movie because I don't contest the community star rating, however, I feel that rating is more a reflection of the movie's budget but not of the execution of the film's intent. My takeaway from this film is that it was meant to pay homage to the original game lore via a story and sequence that could fit right into the world discovered by Doom players, and my own experience watching this movie after having played the game as a young lad is that it does exactly what it set out to do, and rather well despite what had to be a thin budget. It's very different than the Karl Urban / Rosamund Pike / The Rock movie in many ways but it stands shoulder to shoulder with it for immersion and nostalgia. For someone who played Doom this movie is genuinely entertaining, and the low budget while noticeable doesn't get in the way of experiencing this adventure in the world of Doom.
- lilithp328 lutego 2026Going in blind this was a pleasant suprise. i think i like it better than the first. Main girl reminds me of jennifer connelly for some reason. Actually a good story in their with all the action and gore. Kinda wish we got a follow up on this. Would be 5 stars but that ending made me think they would get a follow up and no luck.
