- Gastyon21 października 2025If you grew up with Digimon, watch it. 10/10 would cry again. Edit: I realized I didn’t add enough details. The animation is very well done, the music is excellent (watched it in Japanese), the story is relatable, and every favorite character comes back in some way. This is a love letter to the kids who grew up with Digimon Adventure 1 (and 2 somewhat), and the challenges the chosen children face in the movie hit really close to home to the stage of life most of us found ourselves in almost 10 years ago when the movie released. It’s not a perfect movie, and Digimon was never a perfect series, but if you are a fan, there’s no reason you should not spend an hour and a half seeing how the story plays out.
