- cferaco14 września 2025Blow tells the rise-and-fall story of George Jung, a small-town dreamer who becomes one of America’s biggest cocaine traffickers before losing it all. Johnny Depp plays George with quiet charm and growing despair, making his fall from grace hit even harder. Fred Jung’s line sums it all up: “When you’re up, it’s never as good as it seems. When you’re down, you never think you’ll be back up again. But life goes on.” Like Mark Wahlberg’s Dirk Diggler in Boogie Nights, George chases a bigger life, rides the high until it burns him, and ends up with nothing but memories of when it all seemed perfect.
