From Juazeiro, Bahia; now based in Cachoeira, in the Recôncavo region, he graduated in Cinema and Audiovisual from UFRB and currently works at ladeiraloop, a film and audiovisual creation and post-production studio.

He is a creative and technical partner of Rosza Filmes and co-founder of the pequenas embarcações label, focusing on research, curation, creation, dissemination, and training with children, youth, and Black communities.
