Syokatu Kokei ( Tianjin, 1982 - ), Japanese animation director. Lecturer of Jilin Animation Institute, member of Tianjin Arts and Crafts Association.
Born in Tianjin, China in the 1980s, learned painting and loved animation when he was young. School days,he was influenced by the popular anime wave in Japan. After graduating from high school, he entered the Art design Department of Beijing Humanities University to study.
Since 2003, he has entered the animation industry and has participated in many China and Japan animation works. He served as the executive director and director of Tianjin Aitu Animation Co., LTD.
In 2019, he was invited by Tezuka Production Company of Japan to serve as the animation director. Currently works for Toei Animation.
