James Donald Hall is an American actor and voice artist. He starred as Guran in the critically acclaimed fan favorite Phantom 2040, provided the voice of the character Blade in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, played Gargarenis in the Age of Mythology campaign.
He also starred as Willie in Power Rangers Wild Force and provided the Klingon Com voice in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "The Augments".
