Carlos Araújo is a Brazilian director. An employee of Rede Globo since the 1990s, he began his career as an assistant director on Barriga de Aluguel, written by Glória Perez. He was part of Rede Globo's telenovelas and miniseries team, often working with directors such as Dennis Carvalho, Denise Saraceni, Gustavo Fernandez, José Luiz Villamarim, Luiz Fernando Carvalho, Luiz Henrique Rios, Marcos Paulo and Wolf Maya, as well as authors such as Alcides Nogueira , Benedito Ruy Barbosa, Maria Adelaide Amaral and Silvio de Abreu.
