- Ted Lasso • Season 4
Just be aware that the first few episodes are annoying and pointless. Characters are caricatures of themselves, and humour is based around the f-word. There's little excitement initially, and less to learn. BUT it all comes together from about episode 6. Some characters are still annoying, but they're not as "loud" and there are genuine laugh out loud moments. Characters come to life and it's easy to share the joy and sorrow they feel. By all means sleep the first few episodes, if you have to, but don't miss the last few.Ted Lasso • Season 4 - Ted Lasso - S4 • E6 - Don't Jump Around Much AnymoreAfter a really disappointing start to this series, Lasso is rocking again, with life advice that we can all benefit from. I realise some people don't understand the concept of rating each individual episode, but the first few episodes could easily be skipped to get to the good stuff.Ted Lasso - S4 • E6 - Don't Jump Around Much Anymore
- Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Reflects so many of the struggles we all face. We can't go it alone, no matter how strong we think we are. And we can't turn our backs on anyone, no matter how powerful we think they are. Be there for others. Many of us mask the difficulties we tackle. This is art: expose the human condition.Spider-Man: Brand New Day - Ted Lasso - S4 • E3 - Richmond's Got TalentThe series still seems to be relying on hard-core fans from previous series. Humour is basically based on the f-word and British clichés. There are a few gems, and the show is strangely compelling. Maybe I just want to see its former glory, and this reflects the whole series storyline.Ted Lasso - S4 • E3 - Richmond's Got Talent
