- stevencaceres24526. juni 2025I was obsessed with this comic in college! The covers of the Sandman series were legendary. This is a perfect translation of the comic books and I absolutely love it. I introduced my son to the show who would never take the time to read the comic books and now he has gone back and read all of the comics. It is dark. It is grim. It is amazing.. There’s absolutely no reason you should miss this series. It is just mind blowing.
- Arthas Menethil2. september 2025Season one was mid with a couple of interesting stories, with season two completely falling off.
- dogcomplex2. desember 2025So apparently Neil Gaiman is a monster like most rich people, but dang if he doesnt still leave behind an interesting mythos for tv adaptations.
- Jay Orosco7. juli 2025The lore is good, the modern take is appreciated, the visuals are cool, but emo Dream man is a bit much gave more despair than dream. Still, love the show and currently binging season 2.

- Callum5. november 2025⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The Sandman – Dreams and Dust The Sandman is a dark fantasy that walks the thin line between myth and melancholy. Based on Neil Gaiman’s graphic novels, it pulls us into a realm where gods and dreams, nightmares and family feuds all coexist. At its heart, it’s about Morpheus — Dream himself — and the impossible task of controlling the imagination of humankind. The series feels both gothic and intimate: sweeping, ancient conflicts wrapped around small human tragedies. It’s part Greek tragedy, part philosophical meditation, all stitched together with the mournful beauty of a nightmare you almost don’t want to wake from. Visually, it’s stunning — the Dreaming is rendered with the elegance of a cathedral and the decay of a mausoleum — but it never loses sight of its emotional core. This is family, pain, forgiveness, and inevitability told through gods who are all too human. 🥃 Pair it with an absinthe on the rocks — something dreamlike, green, and faintly dangerous, just like the world of The Sandman.
- Yasin__krmz21. oktober 2025Such an art piece. I loved every minute of this show.
- Mundstrøm31. juli 2025In the absence of American Gods, this show is the best deliciously slow and vivid alternative. At times it's too slow, but I also enjoy the moments as they drift by.
- ADONIS00920. oktober 2025The Sandman had potential. The main character is interesting, and the story seems to build toward something worthwhile. Death and Lucifer are solid characters with good depth. But everything else feels off. The side characters add little to nothing. The show leans too hard into a drag-queen, over-styled vibe that brings no creative value. It’s filled with unnecessary nudity and tries too much to push a feminist and queer agenda, which honestly ruins the show’s potential. And the overall tone feels forced and hollow.
- Hakihiko24. september 2025An Engaging Journey "The Sandman" is a visually stunning and imaginative adaptation that brings Neil Gaiman’s world to life with flair. The production design, effects, and atmosphere are consistently impressive, capturing the dark, dreamlike quality that makes the story so compelling. The performances, particularly from the lead cast, are strong and help anchor the series’ more fantastical elements in emotion and relatability. While the show succeeds in creating an immersive world and intriguing storylines, it occasionally struggles with pacing and focus. Some episodes feel slower or less engaging than others, and certain narrative threads could have been developed more thoroughly. Still, the series manages to balance drama, horror, and humor effectively in most parts. Overall, "The Sandman" is an enjoyable watch that captures the essence of its source material while providing plenty of spectacle and memorable moments.
