- Oʂɯαʅԃσ Rσყҽƚƚ14. mars 2025Being a huge Matlock fan of the 80s series, I was excited to see this new show. I was more curious about how they were going to show the relationship between Ben Matlock & the current Maddie Matlock. Very interesting concept, indeed.

- John Wayne14. august 2026Season 1 was fresh, entertaining, but also gripping, with Matty trying to uncover who was responsible for her daughter’s death. Season 2 starts off well, but quickly loses the charm of the first season. There’s too much drama, and the constant flashbacks disrupt the flow of the story. Overall, the season feels somewhat thrown together – like it has all the ingredients of Season 1, but somehow forgot the seasoning.

When a TV series is both easy to watch and completely compelling, it proves that two things can be true at once: a show can be deeply comforting without sacrificing clever, high-stakes storytelling. Season one was a phenomenal ride that was perfectly executed. It leaves you deeply invested in the characters and craving more. I am already eagerly looking forward to the second season!
