Episode 1Dean's nose is put out of joint when Nikki moves into the flat and takes over organising Lee's birthday party. Lee has been enjoying 'builder's perks' with posh client Mrs Bryce-D'Souza and is horrified when she appears at the party.

Episode 2Lee broods over the fact that Dean is now dating Mrs Bryce-D'Souza, thus breaking the unwritten rule. The flat is getting increasingly cramped, forcing Dean to make a rash decision that could split Lee and Nikki apart.

Episode 3The builders carry out their first ever job for a gay couple. Dean prepares to premiere his poetry at the arts club. Nikki and Mrs Bryce-D'Souza start to develop an unlikely friendship.
