Yukio Mitamura is the founder and president of a rapidly growing apparel company. He places priority on the company's profits and overworks his employees. He justifies this with the belief that hard work is necessary to achieve results. He does not think his beloved company exploits its employees. Yukio enrolls in a university to study company management from the basics. This is where he meets a new lecturer Kyoko Akiyama . Although Yukio feels attracted to the intellectual Kyoko, the differences in their way of thinking results in frequent clashes.
