Queen Poppy and Branch make a surprising discovery — there are other Troll worlds beyond their own, and their distinct differences create big clashes between these various tribes. - stuhannaford30. mars 2026Thinner story, a new compilation of shiny pop songs, a dump load more glitter, and for a very young intended audience, what seems a very politically motivated animated movie. For such a young audience (and I struggle to see how anyone over the age of six or seven will find enjoyment over and above the bright colours), it seems odd, weirdly intensional, and with very little subtlety I’d add. The coloured map reference may be a particular irritation for half of our American cousins. If a collection of high shine pop tracks, à la Stars In Your Eyes, and a virtue signalling, educational cartoon sounds like your kind of fun, you’ll be in rainbow heaven. I hated it. An extra star for the animation, which is as stunning as the first.

The only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because I’m embarrassed by how much I love the Trolls franchise. They’ve done something truly special with it. It’s also 10/10 a great movie when partaking. Do with that what you will. But it’s the dogs honest truth. When you need some sparkle in your life, put on World Tour!
