- FGCUProf15. mars 2026Worth watching for Michael Ripper’s masterclass in scene stealing. Standing in the background while dialogue swirls around him, he fiddles with his hat or glasses drawing the viewer’s eye. It’s a better film than most critics rate, with outstanding set design.

It looks good and keeps that classic gothic vibe, but the story’s predictable and the Mummy action’s pretty tame. The cast gives it some energy, but it never hits the heights of the earlier films. Decent, but mostly for completionists.
