It feels like filmmakers see Hollywood trends and instantly want to force their own horror universe without any rhyme or reason. First, come up with a decent storyline, and then make a movie. Just because a horror-comedy like Stree became a massive hit doesn't mean you can throw just any nonsense on the screen and expect the audience to watch it.
