- MR. WHAT ZIT TOOYA-5 d.What alot of people don't know is that this movie was in production around the same time as "Mac and Devin goes to high school" with Wiz Khalifa & Snoop Dogg. Which The Rangers made a guest appearance in that movie as well along with "Tyga" & "YG" and many more. As a kid that grew up in the jerking era and being from st.louis i was a huge day 1 fan of The Rangers ever since they first started just making jerking videos and later started making music. The Rangers was one of the best jerking group to come out of that era, when The New Boyz dropped their smash single called "Jerkin". They also help shaped the jerking sound and movement along with other artist and jerking groups like "Marvel Inc", "Young Sam", "Jinc Ent" - (which consisted of some members from the Original The Ranger Group when they first started). The Rangers are how I found about "Kid Ink" because They have multiple songs together but the one song that stood out that made me look him up and become a fan was "Touchdown"-) by The Rangers feat. Soulja Boy & Kid Ink) by this time The rangers was already sign to "N'Credible Entertainment" which is a label by "Nick Cannon". Fun Fact Kid ink and Julian Goins are brothers. With all of that being said when they announced that they was shooting this movie i was happy and excited especially being a die hard The Rangers fan. But the movie didn't release until years I had totally forgot about this movie, i really thought they was not going to do it anymore because haven't seen them promoting it anymore. When it did release i still didn't watch it until months after with friend who had already seen it. Once I watched it with him every Ranger song that came on i knew the lyrics right away and my homeboy was like"how do you know all of these songs" and i was like " I use to listen to The Rangers heavy before the movie even came out" This is pretty solid movie filled with funny superstars like (Mike Epps, Katt Willams, Kevin Hart, Lil Duval, The New Boyz, George Lopez, Tiffany Haddish, Amber Rose, Pete Davidson etc..) and The movie doesn't feel overly forced. This movie would definitely go in my black comedy move list and i would highly recommend this movie to any to watch this movie.
