THE NEAR FUTURE - 1991... The world is being strangled in the insidious grip of a madman, General Blight. The PSYBORGS, a team of electronically-enhanced super-soldiers with tremendous psychic abilities, will stop at nothing to ensure that General Blight and his nefarious T.O.X.I.N. buddies are brought to justice.
