Regissert av Alaric TayA peaceful day in Hoffnung City is interrupted by an attack on Central Hospital. Kamal Astana, and his band of underground militants, known as Defects, have destroyed a section of the medical facility and barricaded themselves inside. As the Authority closes in on Kamal, his only hope of staying alive is to negotiate his way out.
