- Tanalien2. november 2024The epic scope of director Denis Villeneuve’s Dune is so magnificent that 1962’s Lawrence of Arabia and 1977’s Star Wars have company. With its immense vistas of curving sand dunes, two-hundred-miles per hour winds ripping through desert plains, and glowing spice hidden in plain-sight, Dune brings Frank Herbert’s world off the page and into our grasp through the eyes of Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet).
- Donald Winzer30. mars 2025Almost perfect movie. Great to fall asleep to, even better to watch.

- TheMovieWall28. august 2026Man I love this movie. From the design of the planets, ships, and technology. It such an amazing case of world building brought to life on screen. So many aspects brought together. Also the costumes and makeup work. Can't forget the score. Really really amazing work by everyone involved in this film. Everyone in this movie gave a great performance. The story line is engaging. So many amazing actors in this film. My favorite scene is when Paul has to put his hand in the pain box. That performance he gave kind of blew me away. Dune part 2 wasn't quite as good as the first but still pretty good. Hoping the last movie hits it out of the park. Dune is such a rewatchable film for me it has a solid place on The Movie Wall.

- james.734121. august 2026Was difficult to get into but towards the end it started getting better and much preferred the second film.
- LD_505. august 2026Phenomonal pacing, world-building, and directing. Every actor and actress is firing on all cylinders for this. If I had any critique on anything, it's that the action/fight choreography is not always the best.
- Jay Marie Bailey16. juli 2026Visually & acoustically stunning. I've only watched once (along with part 1) and I'm sure I don't fully get it, will watch again at some point along with part 2 and 3
- Lorenzo Costa13. juli 2026To long to slow not enough nice action
- Recordedsnake7. juni 2026Dune: Part One is a visually stunning sci-fi epic with incredible world-building, a powerful soundtrack, and brilliant performances from the cast. Immersive, intense, and absolutely worth watching.
