Toronto, 1989. Engineer Jonathan Moran knows his government-funded plant energy project is going nowhere, but no one will back his proposal for a flying motorcycle. To earn enough money to build it himself, he sells the plant energy plans to American and Russian spies. Things get complicated when the agents find out about each others' interest in plant energy and order Jonathan to eliminate the 'traitor' in his office... himself!
