By injecting the fluid into the lower ranking gang members "TESTING THE EFFECT" all seems fine giving the users a elevated state of consciousness a high. However this is causing a side effect of rage and super strength.Over time the tested users seemed to lose all control and are now infected with a virus from the brains of the dead from which the endorphin was taken.
