I can understand why someone would want to steal that idea and shamelessly capitalize on it to spread political and social commentary buzz word topics and prop up a fading female actresses career... by making her Bruce Willis? If it wasn't so cringe, I might have enjoyed how utterly moronic and bad it is, but alas it's just bad bad.
- Zokkiie30. august 2025Utterly stupid wannabe Die Hard—just swap LA for London, Bruce Willis for Daisy Ridley, and smart villains for eco-terrorists with green goblin masks. The action is okay, direction’s solid, but the script is lazy as hell. You spend most of the movie watching Ridley dangle off a scaffold before anything remotely exciting happens. It’s all style, zero originality—totally predictable, painfully wink-and-nudge obvious, with bland characters and cringe dialogue. Basically, it’s “Die Hard,” but make it Cleaner—without the charm or suspense.
