- PhysicalMedia4Life1. januar 2026What I really loved about Cabin Fever is that the villain of the film is an invisible killer. It just has real that sense of dread, paranoia & isolation about it whenever somebody gets the disease. The gore and the practical effects, I thought was all very well done. I thought as a whole all of the characters were memorable and stood out in there own ways. I really liked how Eli Roth shot this. IMO Cabin Fever was very well paced and edited together nicely!!! However I did think the dialogue throughout most of the movie not that much to write home about though. Overall I think this is one of the better and quite underrated horror films of the 2000's!!! I've always really enjoyed this movie and is one that I do go back and rewatch about twice a year at least. I have a lot of nostalgia and Cabin Fever 2003 is a movie that I would recommend to people.
