Doctors diagnose Filiz with a heart condition and give her a year to live. Hulusi Bey wants his daughter to be happy in her final days. To this end, he offers Ekrem a partnership in his factory, but on the condition that he marries his daughter Filiz. Ekrem initially accepts the offer out of greed for money. However, over time, he will fall in love with Filiz.
