Als politieagent Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln; “Strike Back”) wakker wordt in het ziekenhuis nadat hij is neergeschoten tijdens een achtervolging, lijkt alles verlaten. Eerst wordt Rick door hen als vijand aangezien maar de twee besluiten hem toch op te vangen. Nadat Rick weer bijgekomen is, vertellen Lennie en zijn zoon wat er aan de hand is.
