Hij traint elke avond in het geheim en bereidt zich voor op zijn uiteindelijke machtsovername, maar wordt zijn lot ontzegd door een alledaags (maar dodelijk) verkeersongeval. Maar wanneer hij wakker wordt in een andere wereld en plotseling aan het hoofd staat van een echte geheime organisatie die strijd voert tegen het kwaad in de schaduw, krijgt hij eindelijk de kans om al zijn waanfantasieën uit te voeren!
