Eta Tokisawa is a handsome android from 400 years in the future. Eta is programmed to protect Kurumi Kamio, a manga editor who used to be a successful magazine reporter but is currently being targeted by a certain someone. Eta monitors and analyzes Kurumi, eventually appears at Kurumi's workplace as a new part-time employee. The two end up living under the same roof, and Kurumi, who initially kept her distance, gradually finds herself drawn to Eta's dedication in protecting her.
