- Richard18 oktober 2025Watched it out of curiosity. It’s not bad, but it forgot what MacGyver was all about. Sure, Angus MacGyver still builds gadgets out of junk, but now he’s part of a slick government team with backup, budgets and banter. The solo improvisation? Replaced by ensemble action and tech jargon. The cast is fine, the pace is fast and the explosions are bigger. But the heart, the quiet moments, the moral compass, the “think first” ethos is buried under procedural noise. It’s MacGyver reimagined for the CSI generation. Entertaining, yes. Memorable? Not really.
