Eureka
De slaperige stad Eureka in de grote Oceaan Noord West verbergt een mysterieus geheim. De regering heeft de genieën van de wereld en hun families jarenlang verplaatst naar deze rustieke stad waar innovatie en chaos hand in hand gingen. De Amerikaanse maarschalk Jack Carter komt deze vreemde stad tegen nadat hij zijn auto heeft vernield en daar is gestrand. Wanneer de inwoners van de stad een onbekende wetenschappelijke creatie ontketenen, springt Carter erin om te proberen de orde te herstellen en hoort hij bijgevolg een van de best bewaarde geheimen van het land.

"Eureka" is a mashup of F&SF, sitcom, and family drama that somehow comes together. Sets and costumes are great, especially for F&SF. For the most part the characters are consistent and reasonably believable. Storylines are entertaining. The downside is that it's offbeat and the series won't resonate with everyone.
