In fact, I spent most of the runtime doing other things—like browsing the internet or working. It does have a few exciting moments that are both beautiful and shocking, but these are very much the exception rather than the rule. Tijdens de drooglegging had de overheid geen macht en bestuurde de maffia de stad.
