Vampire Hunter D has a really nice old-school vibe to it. The atmosphere is gloomy in a good way, the art has that classic 80s charm, and the mysteriousness around D genuinely pulls you in. Some parts definitely feel dated, especially the action, and the story doesn’t explain much, but it still has a cool, memorable feel overall. Not amazing, not bad — just a solid, stylish watch. Easy 3.5/5 for me.
