The Secret
Directed by Karen Arthur- Mister Arn31 oktober 2025“The Secret” stars Kirk Douglas and rests squarely on his shoulders. He gives a powerful performance as an adult who has learned to survive without reading, memorizing routines, dodging paperwork, and bluffing through public situations with practiced confidence. It’s an actor-driven film, and Douglas carries it with dignity and restraint. If you’re looking for big twists, there aren’t any. What makes it compelling isn’t surprise, but revelation, the slow unpeeling of denial, pride, and vulnerability as honesty begins to take hold. It’s a small story told with compassion, and Douglas gives it heart.
