Awkwafina is honestly mad impressive and Zhao Shuzhen is a treasure. Rest of the cast is all pulling their weight too. Just phenomenal all-around. Other faves: Aoi Mizuhara, Tzi Ma, and Diana Lin. I wish somebody had been singing Wyclef’s part during “Killing Me Softly” smh missed opportunity Felt like I saw some von Trier / Haneke influence but that was probably projection Awkwafina’s door not closing at the end dropped it 1/4 star lmao Oh yeah Memorial Day is this weekend, huh lmao very fitting
