However, the romance between Jacqueline Bisset and Nick Nolte appeared strained and inauthentic. Robert Shaw once again shone as a seasoned sea captain, delivering a memorable performance. My recent viewing didn't captivate me as much as my initial encounter with this movie, perhaps due to more recent films like "Into the Blue" overshadowing it.
