It’s loud, cheesy, completely over the top, and feels like peak late-’90s action comedy insanity. The plot barely matters once everything starts going off the rails, but the cast commits so hard that it works. Mark Wahlberg plays the world’s most stressed out hitman while Lou Diamond Phillips acts like he’s in an entirely different, much crazier movie. 4/5 for being a hidden gem.
