The Astronaut Ratings & Reviews
- jackcuni419 november 2025straight fuckin ass
- Gen Lock28 september 2025Unexpected ending I have to give that to the writers good scify movie 🍿
- inta941 dag geledenThis movie was a complete waste of time, you keep thinking it is going to get better, and it only gets worse. good production value, a couple good jump scares, but utterly moronic and worthless. save yourself the trouble and pass
- ricomckee26 oktober 2025Enjoyed this all the way up to the end and then it was like the director poured processed Cheese Whiz all over the film for the ending.
- rythmshifter29 oktober 2025so fucking bad there are no words to describe how bad this movie is
- Richard Thornton24 oktober 2025It’s not as good as event horizon.
- diab95313 april 2026I give it a 4 because it was original. You don't know the full story until the end, and you remotely have a clue in a small glimpse. It's not a cliche film which makes it enjoyable for me.
- David Thiry23 november 2025There was probably something better to do with that idea.
- Dave Barnes5 april 2026Ok, a bit slow with a reasonable story, but nothing to get excited about I'm afraid.
- Zbigniew Czachor6 december 2025Wow. I did not see that coming.
- Mark Jones3 december 2025A quiet, tense sci-fi drama that focuses more on emotion than spectacle. It has a strong lead performance, grounded visuals, and a mystery that keeps you hooked. It’s a slow burn and not a “must-watch” movie.
- Michael Tatham11 november 2025Nice plot twist. Worth the watch if you like sci-fi
- David Portela1 april 2026One of the movies I wanted to like much more than I did. Kate Mara and Laurence Fishburne, right? Sign me up! Sadly, it ended up as a jump-scare horror fare for 90% of its runtime, after which it suddenly remembered it was supposed to be a sci-fi movie as well and added a twist to the end. Even that leaves you with more questions than answers, except you don't want them to get the idea of making a sequel to this, so you just resolve to tuck them away in the Cupboard of Unfinished Plots.
- Michiel2 november 2025This was actually a very very nice movie with an ending I totally did not expect. Wow!
- eyeofthetornado31 oktober 2025The Astronaut is an allegory about motherhood about being loving and gentle with your husband and children, yet too afraid to leave them and find your own path. The astronaut’s journey isn’t really into space but into the fear of separation, of stepping beyond the familiar warmth of family. Because when you finally choose your own life, you become an alien someone unrecognizable to the world you built, and even to the people you love
