- Mallek29 juli 20259/10 for a B movie. 6.5/10 compared to AAA titles. Way too much orange and teal on the eyes. Cinematography was great. Action is decent. Story is fine. That color grading is just rough man. Too much “wasteland” vibes, and not enough “alien spaceship” vibes. But it’s decent.

I read this movie had a budget of just $6.6M. If true, this movie is IMPRESSIVE. I really enjoyed it! Fun genre mashup of classic hooks. Cool practical effects on the aliens. Yeah, I'm not sure what the folks leaving harsh reviews expected...but... maybe the movies they make will be better...🫢 Glad I watched it. I put this on the shelf with that movie Blood Vessel.
- ricomckee26 oktober 2025A slightly above average B movie with decent effects and poor storyline. Too much shooting. That’s hard to say for an action movie but trust me. However… it got an extra half a star because there is a brilliant scene where the actor sings “Straight Out of Compton” to lead the aliens and it is done so well… that it makes the movie worth seeing.
- Danny B27 juli 2025Osiris feels like something that would have aired on the Sci-Fi Channel 25 years ago. It’s dumb, fast-paced, and packed with cheap-looking creatures and explosions. The sets are barebones, the CGI is rough, and the monsters look like guys in rubber suits. It tries to do a lot with very little, and sometimes that effort shows. It’s mildly entertaining in a throwback kind of way, but I won’t be watching it again. One viewing was enough.

Director William Kaufman specializes in these kind of warfare movies, and the firefight scenes are loud, chaotic and realistic. The aliens in this one are smart, formidable and well done. The acting is decent, especially by Linda Hamilton. If you like these kind of sci-fi alien action movies with a high body count...give it a try.

Only real complaint is it's a bit dark - get it but not worth the style over visibility, Set design good, acting good, fx good, story just a bit derivative and if thats the worst I can say about a story well thats pretty good going in this day and age of childish tat. Some definite homages that are well played. Builds tension but misses a chance by having all the characters involved so you grieve their loss. Squad ops are well observed, lots of making sure theyre dead goodness. Worth your time over the endless disney high quality fx low written by idiots trash.
