Ringo Starr heeft per ongeluk de ring gepakt van een jonge vrouw, die bij een obscure Aziatische cultus die gelooft in menselijke offers, is aangesloten. Deze menselijke offers moeten dan wel die speciale ring bezitten. Zolang ze de ring niet om heeft, kan een jonge vrouw niet geofferd worden. Ringo wordt achterhaald als de huidige bezitter van de ring en wordt daarom achtervolgd door de cultus en een paar vreemde wetenschappers onder leiding van professor Foot. De Londense politie en Ahme, een hooggeplaatst lid van de cultus, die er niet meer in gelooft, proberen Ringo te helpen.
