- Kevin Ward3 dgn geledenThe signature Sony Animation art style works really well here. Colors and animation look really good and varied. Story-wise, I’d probably only be around a 3 star rating. It’s pretty standard fare underdog story, but my youngest son really enjoyed it and he’s kind of right in that age where he cares less and less about the animated films that release. So I’ll give it a little bump for capturing his attention and imagination. Probably helps that he’s a Curry fan and that on the court he would be considered amongst the “smalls.” Good movie.

But it’s got a great cast with for the most part pretty good animation even if it does look a little often in a few areas and the movie overall is honestly kind of a nice movie to just relax and take a breather plus, there’s actually quite a few jokes that both kids and adults will get a chuckle at. 7/10

- DavChar31 maart 2026This was an entertaining movie, but not particularly memorable. A goat wants to be a professional roarball player (basketball but in weirdly dangerous arenas), but is considered on the small side. Again, entertaining in the moment but forgettable.
- SirMonkalot8 april 2026Such a fun and pretty looking movie with a great cast of characters! Love the voice actors they chose for this, they all suited their characters. The plot was very formulaic but that doesn’t take away from how enjoyable it was to watch!

The over-the-top courts, the exaggerated rules, the anything-goes vibe. It feels like someone mashed up playground imagination with pro sports ego and just let it rip. You start off thinking it’s a gimmick, and by the end you’re like, “Alright… I’d watch a whole season of this.” What really surprised me was the humor. It actually lands. Not just kid-level slapstick, but legit laughs that hit across the board. It knows when to be silly and when to dial it back just enough to keep the story moving. That balance isn’t easy, and it pulls it off more often than not. It’s one of those movies where you go in expecting background noise and come out like… “Wait, that was actually decent.” Way more fun than expected. A chaotic, colorful sports ride that knows how to entertain without overthinking itself.
