Directed by Wilson YipUndercover agent Wilson (Louis Koo) infiltreert in een criminele bende geleid door drie Vietnamese broeders. Een ervan, genaamd Archer, wordt gearresteerd. De twee andere die nog vrij rond lopen zullen alles doen om te voorkomen dat Wilson en anderen kunnen getuigen tegen de bende.
