- Pavchris15 maart 2026This reminds of the time in the 90's when we let my friend's kid brother run as DM in a Dungeons and Dragons module. This movie gave me that same feeling of "welp, guess we wont be needing that rule book then, let's see what else this kid pulls out next..." Fun movie, but like watching an expensive car burning up in a parking lot. I know I should be horrified and also feel bad for the owner, but can't stop staring and eating popcorn.

- Zokkiie2 maart 2026I really wanted to love this one, but it just feels weak overall. The action is there, and Arnold still has that presence, but the story is thin and the tone is all over the place. Some moments are fun, but it never hits the epic feel of the first movie. You can watch it for the fights and nostalgia, but don’t expect it to stick with you.
- pipanni5 oktober 2025This prequel, along with the original, also did not age well. It's too slow and the story is a bit simplistic. But as they say, the devil is in the details, so maybe Roy Thomas should also have been hired to write the screenplay, since his Conan stories are usually good. Arnold does look better in this movie though, both as an actor and also physically. Watch it for nostalgia only.
