One of the few Disney movies where the protagonist has parents. And it teaches you to not take them for granted. I think it holds up.

Zero wrong with this film except those Disnified Scottish songs. The two lose this film a whole half point for being painfully intrusive and out of place. The rest is great, the story, the humour, the voice acting. A good film with good humour with a good message that even tho we argue and may want different paths you can still be family.
