Blow-Up Ratings & Reviews
- mickerdoo24 december 2025Loved the 60s fashion and his flat. Probably should have made a phone call earlier. What’s with the mimes? Needs more detective vibes.
- Rowan Krzysiak5 februari 2025It's a film that's almost impossible to sum up with a pithy review. It's distracted and focused. It's grounded and dreamlike. It's stuffed with meaning but lacks resolve. It creeps over you and leaves you bewildered. Highly recommended.

- Mister Arn21 mei 2025"Blow-Up" focuses on a photographer and employs strong visual storytelling. This cinematic approach results in deliberate pacing, compelling the audience to observe every detail. The film then cleverly uses these details to confuse and mislead the viewer. This approach takes a lot of work by the viewer and may not be for everyone.
- ca69898 juli 2025Magnificent review of swinging London film par excellence!
- vangh114 mei 2025As inscrutable as it is intriguing. In the early going I thought it was going to be one of those movies where nothing really happens. And then something really happens! But does it really amount to all that much? Maybe! The filmmaker didn't really tell me. So I guess it's up to me to decide. Much like the troupe of mimes who expect a complete stranger to toss back their imaginary tennis ball, I guess. I love how much the cinematographer loves frame-within-a-frame imagery. It's pushed to it's aesthetic limits in this one.
