Twee rivaliserende bendes uit Los Angeles en Las Vegas, onder leiding van Gino (Robert Miano) en Cole (Michael Madsen), strijden om de macht. De undercover rechercheur Danny (Michael Masini) infiltreert in de onderwereld om beide bendes op te kunnen pakken.
