- NonPlayableContent6 april 2026Movies like this remind me that beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. I feel generous rating this a 2 out of 5 (or 4 out of 10). Ive seen "Pretty Woman" almost 30 years ago, I've seen "Striptease" almost 25 years ago, and to take it back as far as I can remember "The World of Suzie Wong" came out almost 70 years ago. When i wasnt bored I was questioning why they felt a need to make this movie because I saw uninspired scenes mixed with softcore porn. This legit feels like a half baked early film era pink film. Story, filler,sex and repeat. Anyways can't wait to get flamed for this review. See you in the comments.
- xymantec27 maart 2026Good Movie, modern day Cinderella movie I suppose without the happy ending. The acting was great, Igor had to be my favorite character, the dude looks like Putin in his 20's lol. Don't know if this is award winning material, but Mickey in some of these scenes requires absolute confidence. Good for her, she made a movie she can look back at and say, damn I looked good.
- Varun19 december 2024Damn this movie was quite a ride. Reminded me so much of Uncut Gems (2019), coz the moment to moment drama is frenetic, anxiety inducing but also genuinely funny as hell. Every single actor did such a great job, a big section of the movie is so dependent on the ensemble’s interactions and mood changes throughout the ordeal which is nailed to perfection. I didn’t even recognise Mikey Madison from Scream (2022), her performance was truly transformative and captivating. The premise is simple but the series of events is really entertaining and well paced. The dialogue is also smart and in many scenes it brings a unique sentiment to it which I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. This is a solid film that’ll have you hooked from beginning to end.

The camera puts you in the condition of a spectator of the events of Anora, a somewhat slow script especially at the beginning. But then it picks up pace, the thing that pleased me most about directing is the fluency with which it changes timbre between one situation and another. It starts as soft porn, and then becomes comedy, thriller and drama.

- leewayne5 januari 2026Good movie., maybe a few too many sex scenes and nudity for my taste. The movie pulled me in though and kept me watching it. Anni was an interesting character. She was wild and crazy, and turned out sensitive too. All of the Characters were very well acted out. Would recommend this one.
