The neighbor, Alexander, is openly gay, freely admits to having a boyfriend in the past, and feels no need to hide who he is. Elias, unsure of himself and frigthtened of the prospects, fights his biology. This is a film that harkens back to older coming-of-age films, but with a modern bent. Highly recommended!
