- ርልዪረAugust 6, 2025HHHOOOLLLYYY WWWOOOWWW!!! WHAT AN AMAZING MOVIE!!! I love the message about social environmental criticism of how the environment is the most important thing in the world for us because it provides us with all the natural resources that we use, and we can't just let it suffer after all the materials the environment is giving us. Additionally, I am energetic, enthusiastic, and intrigued with Hal the Cockroach. Hal is my favorite person in this movie. Hal the Cockroach is WALL-E’s best friend and pet cockroach. Hal is strong, tough, faithful, and loyal. He provides companionship to WALL-E and responds to WALL-E’s commands. He is also very compassionate and caring about WALL-E. He also survives the devastated, near-lifeless Earth, and he is also physically strong and indestructible. He also likes to eat Kremies cakes as food. I was also intrigued and interested in Ben Burtt's performance as WALL-E. WALL-E is a robot that recycles garbage. WALL-E is very curious, and he keeps anything interesting he can find. He also gets distracted collecting the trash rather than compacting it. He is also brave when he proceeds to continue forward, even in the most serious situations or when he is hurt or damaged. WALL-E is also very forgiving and determined to set things right. I also was intrigued and interested in Elissa Knight’s performance as EVE. EVE is an advanced probe droid. EVE is shy and kind. She also finds WALL-E’s activities, friendly attitude, and collectibles intriguing. EVE is programmed to find natural, sustainable life. But she is also confident and determined in her work. She is also smart when fixing materials. I like the groundbreaking animation that is created in this movie. The animation company Pixar creates realism, emotional depth, and visual storytelling, and achieves this through a combination of original techniques and a focus on character expression while paying attention to details in both the environments and the characters' movements and expressions, without relying too much on dialogue. Instead, they rely on visual storytelling to convey emotion and narrative depth. I also like the live-action portions Pixar creates, which highlight humanity's failure and the loss of their connection to nature and their physical capabilities. I love that this movie is about environmentalism and the impact of technology on humanity. I also love that this movie is about having a simpler time, with the existence of human artifacts on Earth and the humans' longing for their past lives, which also suggests it's not too late for humanity to change its course and reclaim its connection to the planet. When looking at the music score, my favorite song is in the end credits, called “Down to Earth,” performed by Peter Gabriel & Soweto Gospel Choir, which connects to the movie’s message about how great nature is on Earth and that humans need to protect it because Earth gives clean air, water, food, materials and space for recreation. Thank you so much, Pixar Studios, for this amazing movie. This is one of Pixar’s most successful movies! This movie is full of consumerism, self-centeredness, climate change, environmental dishonor, but is also about cooperation, community, unity, and the importance of humanity. Please try to follow this movie up with more movies that focus on heartfelt messages that are just about bringing people together.
- Eric BakkeOctober 9, 2024A groundbreaking film that relies heavily on visual storytelling to convey emotion and character development. This unique approach showcased the power of animation to communicate complex themes and emotions without the need for extensive dialogue. The romance between WALL-E and Eva is a heartwarming and endearing portrayal of love that transcends barriers of language, technology, and even space.
